Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Cut the zucchini into slices, lengthwise. Blanch them for a few minutes in plenty of salted water and drain them.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Take a baking dish, grease it with oil and start layering by alternating slices of zucchini, tomato, Parmesan, and mozzarella.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Once the layers are finished, bake at 180 degrees, static oven, for about 30 minutes, turning on the grill 5 minutes before the end of cooking.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Serve garnished with fresh basil leaves.
