Soak the gelatin in cold water to soften it
Heat the milk. Whisk the egg yolks in a bowl, adding 100 g of sugar
Slowly dilute with hot milk
Pour the cream into the saucepan used for the milk and place it in a bain-marie
Cook for a few minutes, then add the squeezed gelatin and stir until completely dissolved
Blend the bananas with the maraschino and fold them into the cream gently
Divide the mousse into cups and garnish with whipped cream after beating it
