Place the gelatin in cold water to soften it
Heat the milk
Beat the egg yolks in a bowl adding 100 g of sugar
Slowly dilute with the hot milk
Pour the cream into the saucepan used for the milk and place it in a bain-marie
Cook for a few minutes then add the squeezed gelatin and stir until completely dissolved
Blend the bananas with the maraschino and gently mix them into the cream
Divide the mousse into cups and garnish with the cream after whipping it
