
Bean Sauce

- Shallots
33 - Parsley
2Bunches2Bunches - Onions
22 - Olive oil
2Tablespoons2Tablespoons - Soaked beans
2Cups2Cups - Wateras needed
- Diced bacon (or diced ham)
200G200G - Saltas needed
- Pepperas needed
Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 8
Using a fork, mash the onions, shallots, parsley, and pepper until finely chopped
- STEP 2 OF 8
Heat the oil in a pan, add the chopped aromatics, and immediately after, the beans

Stir until the beans are completely coated with the oil
- STEP 4 OF 8
Add the water, bacon, and bring to a boil
- STEP 5 OF 8
Cover and cook for 2 hours or until the beans become tender

Blend everything in a mixer

Season with salt and pepper

Serve the bean sauce alone or with white rice
