Peel the almonds and let them dry well, chop them and place them in a white cloth to soak in water

When the almond is dry, having lost all its essence, prepare the cream as usual by adding the lemon peel and a stick of cinnamon

The ready cream is usually poured into the typical Sicilian molds, previously moistened
