Cut the chicken, turkey and pork into bite-sized pieces and dice the sausage and pancetta
Season the meat with salt and pepper and coat it in flour
Place the butter, garlic and rosemary in a non-stick pan; once the garlic is golden, remove the garlic and add all the flour-coated meat to the pan
Let cook for a few minutes and add 1 glass of white wine
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer; when the wine has almost completely evaporated, remove the lid and cook the meat over high heat
