Soak the amaretti in the bourbon
Cream butter and sugar
Beat the egg yolks and melted chocolate
Add vanilla and chopped nuts
Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the chocolate mixture
Line the sides of a mold with the ladyfingers
Cover the bottom of the mold with 1 layer of amaretti soaked in bourbon
Make another layer with the chocolate mixture
Alternate the layers until you have used all the amaretti and chocolate mixture
Refrigerate for 1 night
Before serving, remove the sides of the mold and garnish with whipped cream
