- Crumbled amaretti cookies

- Granulated sugarto taste
- Eggs
1212 - Melted dark chocolate
100G100G - Vanilla
1Teaspoon1Teaspoon - Chopped nuts
1Cup1Cup - Ladyfingers (each split in 2)
1212 - Whipped creamto taste
Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 11
Soak the amaretti in bourbon
- STEP 2 OF 11
Mix butter and sugar
- STEP 3 OF 11
Beat the egg yolks and melted chocolate
- STEP 4 OF 11
Add vanilla and chopped nuts
- STEP 5 OF 11
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold them into the chocolate mixture

Line the sides of a mold with ladyfingers

Cover the bottom of the mold with a layer of bourbon-soaked amaretti

Make another layer with the chocolate mixture

Alternate layers until all the amaretti and chocolate mixture are used

Refrigerate overnight
