Preparation

Break the bread into pieces and place it in a bowl, cover it with milk and let it soak well
- STEP 2 OF 4
Boil the spinach, squeeze them well, chop them finely and add them to the milk-soaked bread along with the eggs and enough flour to give consistency to the mixture

When it seems to have reached the desired firmness, shape the gnocchi and cook them as usual
