Bread with Vincotto is a delicious appetizer originating from Puglia. Prepared with organic whole wheat bread, cooked wine and a selection of spices, this dish is perfect for accompanying your meals with flavor and simplicity. The bread is soaked in the cooked wine flavored with cumin, saffron and cinnamon, then toasted in a pan until crisp and golden. You can add a touch of sweetness with a little honey, if you wish.

Take real rustic bread made with whole organic flour and break it into small pieces; then boil it for about half an hour in water with a pinch of salt, cooked wine and chopped aromatic seeds
When the bread has broken down and absorbed the flavors well, add the saffron and a dusting of cinnamon
If desired, you can add a teaspoon of honey
