This recipe uses natural yogurt. When choosing yogurt, it is advisable to prefer, as in this case, the plain version (without added sugars) to pair with fresh or nut fruit rather than flavored or fruit yogurts, as in a jar we might find 3 or more teaspoons of sugar. In a healthy diet, milk and yogurt can appear daily in the order of 1-2 servings. A jar of plain yogurt weighing 125 grams, as provided in this recipe, can therefore be consumed even daily.

Crumble the cookies coarsely and place them inside a glass jar.
Mix the yogurt with the honey and pour it into the jar over the crumbled cookies.
Let it rest in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the blackberry sauce by cutting the blackberries into small pieces (saving one for decoration) and heating them in a non-stick pan over low heat with ½ cup of water.
After about 5 minutes, when the sauce is fairly homogeneous, pour it directly over the yogurt.
Let it rest in the refrigerator.
Finally, decorate the jar with crushed pistachios, blueberries, and a blackberry.
Keep in the refrigerator. It is possible to prepare the jar in the evening for a ready breakfast in the morning.
It is possible to substitute traditional plain yogurt with a natural plant-based yogurt for those making a vegan choice or simply to change flavor and vary.
