






Beat the egg yolks with half of the butter and the sugar
Add flour, cocoa, chopped almonds, baking powder and the egg whites whipped to stiff peaks to the mixture
Pour into a buttered cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes
Remove from the oven and let the cake cool; cut it in half, moisten it with the grapefruit-orange mixed juice and spread apricot jam
Melt the chocolate with the remaining butter and spread the frosting over the entire cake
