Beat the egg yolks with half the butter and the sugar
Add flour, cocoa, chopped almonds, baking powder, and beaten egg whites to the mixture
Pour into a greased mold and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes
Remove from the oven, let the cake cool; cut it in half, soak it with the mixed grapefruit-orange juice, and spread with jam
Melt the chocolate with the remaining butter and spread the cream over the entire cake
