Spread half of the cream on the sponge cake, then roll it up
Put the rest of the cream in a pastry bag with a star nozzle (n
4) and form many parallel cords on the surface of the log along its length to cover it completely
Replace the star nozzle with a smooth and small one and make some decorations with the remaining cream
Complete the garnish with almond paste leaves and meringue mushrooms or decorate the cake in another way as your imagination suggests
