Preparation

Knead the ingredients for the dough, roll it out and cut it
- STEP 2 OF 4
You get 12 cannoli by cutting the dough into diamonds of 10-12 cm per side
- STEP 3 OF 4
Wrap the dough around metal tubes and fry it
- STEP 4 OF 4
Mix the ricotta with sugar and vanilla, then add pumpkin and chocolate and use the mixture to fill the cannoli
