Pizza Capricciosa is a classic of Italian cuisine, born in Naples. It is a pizza topped with tomato, mozzarella, artichoke hearts in oil, mushrooms in oil, black olives, cooked ham and seasoned with salt and pepper.
Spread the dough in a greased baking pan and dress it with the torn, drained tomato pulp.
Then distribute over the dough the mozzarella cut into cubes, thin strips of cooked ham, the artichoke hearts, the mushrooms and the olives halved.
Add a pinch of salt and drizzle everything with plenty of oil.
Bake the pizza in a very hot oven (250°C) for 20-25 minutes.
