

Capricious meatballs are a delicious variation of classic meatballs. Made with soy granules and minced meat, they are soft, flavorful, and rich in taste. Rehydrate the granules
Soak the bread in milk and cook over medium heat until well broken down
Mix in a bowl the granules, the soaked bread with milk, the meat, the egg, the grated parmesan, the lemon zest, nutmeg, and salt
Form the meatballs and coat them in breadcrumbs, browning them over high heat in oil, then continue cooking over low heat for another 15 minutes
Garnish with tomatoes and lemon
