Whimsical meatballs are a delicious variation of classic meatballs. Made with soy granules and minced meat, they are soft, flavorful, and rich in taste. Rehydrate the granules
Soak the crumb in milk and cook over medium heat until well softened
Mix in a bowl the granules, the crumb with milk, the meat, the egg, the Parmesan, the lemon zest, the nutmeg, and the salt
Form the meatballs and coat them in breadcrumbs, brown them over high heat in oil, then continue cooking over low heat for another 15 minutes
Garnish with tomatoes and lemon
