Preparation

Prepare the popcorn as indicated in the 'Sugared Popcorn' recipe and divide it into four individual plates

Place the sugar in an unlined copper pot, add 3-4 tablespoons of water and the strained lemon juice, and heat over low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until the sugar has completely dissolved and has turned golden (140 degrees)
- STEP 3 OF 4
Add two tablespoons of cold water, remove the pot from the heat, and distribute the caramel over the popcorn on the plates

Let cool and serve
