Get 4 sticks
Wash and dry the apples
In a saucepan, bring the sugar and water to a boil and stir until the sugar is dissolved
Add the cream, butter, and cream of tartar, and put in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes
A creamy mixture should be obtained
Stick the apples onto the sticks and dip them into the syrup, turning them very well
