Caramel apples are an irresistible dessert, perfect for ending a meal in a sweet and indulgent way. Their sweetness combines with the soft texture of cooked apples, creating an explosion of flavors in the mouth. This recipe is simple to prepare and requires few ingredients. The apples are dipped in a syrup of sugar and water, then cooked in a pan with butter and liquid cream to make them soft and shiny. To achieve the perfect consistency, tartar is added.
