Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Make a well with the flour, place the sugar, eggs, oil, grappa, and flavorings inside, knead and let rest for 10 minutes

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Roll out the dough thinly with the machine, form the chiacchiere and fry them in hot oil, drain on absorbent paper, once cold sprinkle with powdered sugar

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Keep them in a ventilated and dry place

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    If you want chocolate chiacchiere, add 50 g of cocoa to the ingredients
