Mix the sugar with the blended carrots, making sure to remove all the liquid that will form first
Combine the flour with the well-beaten eggs, then add the chopped almonds, 1 l of milk, and a knob of butter
Add the packet of baking powder and the lemon zest
Mix very well to combine the various ingredients and pour into a buttered baking pan
The dough should have the consistency of a cream
Bake in a well-heated oven (the temperature and cooking time are not specified)
Let cool
