    Preparation

      Mix the sugar with the blended carrots, making sure to remove all the liquid that forms first

    2. STEP 2 OF 8

      Add the flour, well-beaten eggs, then the chopped almonds, 1 liter of milk, and a knob of butter

    3. STEP 3 OF 8

      Add the packet of baking powder and the lemon zest

    4. STEP 4 OF 8

      Mix very well to combine the various ingredients and pour into a buttered baking pan

      The batter should have the consistency of a cream

      Bake in a well-heated oven (neither the temperature nor the cooking time is specified..)
