Preparation

The first thing to do is prepare the carrots, so peel them, wash them carefully, and immerse them in a pot of boiling salted water.

Let them cook for about 15 minutes on low heat with a lid, and when they are cooked, drain them.

Meanwhile, in a non-stick pan, put the butter and add the carrots, browning them over high heat for a few minutes.

Finally, add the chopped parsley and serve.
