Preparation

    Clean, wash, and divide the cauliflower into florets

  2. STEP 2 OF 8

    Boil them for 20 minutes in plenty of salted water

  3. STEP 3 OF 8

    Drain them while still slightly firm and reassemble them into a cauliflower shape on a serving dish that you will keep warm

    In a pan, sauté the finely chopped garlic in butter

    Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the eggs with a tablespoon of flour, add a tablespoon of vinegar, salt, and pepper

    Pour the mixture into the butter pan, stir, and immediately remove from heat

    Continue stirring until you obtain a smooth cream

    Pour it over the cauliflower in a thin stream and serve hot
