Steam the cauliflower and remove it from the heat while still al dente
Rehydrate the mushrooms in lukewarm water
Prepare a sauce by sautéing the mushrooms in butter and oil and adding the peeled tomatoes
Slice the cauliflower, cover it with half the cooked ham, half the sauce and half the Parmigiano
Make another layer of cauliflower and continue as before
Bake at 170°C
