Chard pie is a delicious appetizer typical of Italian cuisine. Form a firm dough by mixing the flour, two tablespoons of oil, a little water, and salt
Divide it into two parts and let it rest covered for about an hour
Wash the chard, remove the lower part, cut it into strips, and boil it for two minutes in salted water
Let it cool and squeeze it with the help of a cloth
Sauté the chopped onion in oil, add the chard and salt, and cook for about 6-7 minutes
Prepare two sheets of dough and after greasing them, place one on the bottom of a baking dish previously coated with a thin layer of oil
Pour the now cold filling and spread the curd over it, salt, and cover with the other sheet of dough
Seal the sheets all around forming a border
Bake in the oven at medium heat (160 degrees) for 40 minutes
