

Cheese pappa is a delicious Tuscan dish made with cheese, broth, rice semolina and olive oil. Traditionally, it is prepared by cooking the cheese in the broth and adding rice semolina to obtain a creamy texture. This dish is perfect for cold days and is very simple to prepare.


Prepare a vegetable broth
In 200-250 g of broth add 2 tablespoons of rice semolina and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring continuously to prevent lumps
Remove from the heat and add one low-fat mini cheese, one teaspoon of extra-virgin olive oil and, if desired, one tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
