  • Olive oil (or lard)to taste

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 5

    In the blender, put: 25 cl of warm milk; 4 small glasses of rum; the leaves of a sprig of rosemary; the zest (the yellow part) of half an orange; 1 tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt

  2. STEP 2 OF 5

    Blend thoroughly until everything is disintegrated and homogenized, then pour the obtained liquid into a bowl in which 200 g of chestnut flour has been previously placed

  3. STEP 3 OF 5

    With a fork, stir and knead for a long time until everything is perfectly combined into a fairly thick batter (add a few more tablespoons of flour if necessary)

  4. STEP 4 OF 5

    Then, in large spoonfuls, place 3-4 at a time of this mixture with a few tablespoons of olive oil or lard

  5. STEP 5 OF 5

    Fry for 4 minutes on one side and 3 on the other, then drain and let the excess oil absorb for a moment on absorbent paper, then place on the plate with the other two fritters (rice and apple), sprinkle with sugar and serve hot
