Chestnut Tortelli are a traditional Italian dessert, enjoyed mainly during the Christmas period. These delicious sweets are made with a sweet, smooth chestnut cream wrapped in a pastry sheet. They are perfect to enjoy during the winter holidays.
Make a well with the flour and add the baking powder, sugar, lemon zest, a pinch of salt, 2 egg yolks, 1 egg white, the vodka and the melted butter
Mix and form into a dough ball
Roll the dough out to a thickness of 1/2 cm, place small mounds of chestnut cream on it, fold the dough over and cut out tortelli
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes
