Chestnut Tortelli are a typical dessert of Italian cuisine, mainly spread during the Christmas period. These delicious sweets are made with a sweet and soft chestnut cream, wrapped in a sheet of dough. They are perfect for enjoying during the winter holidays.
Place the flour in a fountain shape and add the yeast, sugar, lemon zest, a pinch of salt, 2 egg yolks, 1 egg white, vodka, and melted butter.
Mix and form a dough.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/2 cm, place small heaps of chestnut cream on it, fold the dough over and cut out the tortelli.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
