Chestnut Tortelli are a traditional Italian dessert, mainly enjoyed during the Christmas season. These delightful sweets are made with a sweet and soft chestnut cream, wrapped in a pastry shell. They are perfect for enjoying during the winter holidays.
Arrange the flour in a mound, add the baking powder, sugar, lemon zest, a pinch of salt, 2 egg yolks, 1 egg white, vodka, and melted butter
Mix and form into a dough ball
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/2 cm, place small heaps of chestnut cream on it, fold the dough over, and cut out tortelli
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes
