Chicken Galantina is a traditional Italian recipe. It's a delicious dish made of chicken breasts filled with mortadella, Parmigiano cheese, eggs, and pistachios. The galantina is then cooked in the oven and served cold, sliced. This dish is perfect for special occasions or parties, but can also be enjoyed as an appetizer or a main course.

Chop together the chicken breasts and mortadella in a mixer, then mix in the whole eggs
Add the other ingredients, plenty of pepper, adjust the salt, and mix again
Press the mixture into an empty can used for seed oil; the level should reach 7-8 centimeters from the edge
Place the filled can in a pot full of cold water so that the water level covers that of the mixture
Cook in a water bath for exactly one and a half hours from the moment the water begins to boil
Drain the can and immediately immerse it in cold water to detach the galantina from the can; let it cool
Slice thinly, arrange the slices on a plate, and cover with food gelatin
