

Chicken roll-ups are a delicious and tasty delicacy. They consist of tender chicken breasts stuffed with fontina cheese and mortadella, wrapped in a crispy coating of breadcrumbs and eggs. A simple dish to prepare but with a surprising taste!





Slice the chicken breasts, season them with salt and pepper; place 1 slice of mortadella and 1 slice of fontina cheese on top, roll them up and secure with a toothpick
Dip them in beaten eggs and then in breadcrumbs
Melt a knob of butter with a little oil in a pan, place the roll-ups in and cook them over low heat until they are golden
Remove from heat, drain off excess fat and serve
