Whip the butter with a little salt and a tablespoon of mustard and spread it on the surface of the slices of bread
On six of these, place the chicken cut into strips, a slice of tomato, a lettuce leaf, and cover with a slice of bread; then alternate cheese, cooked ham, tomato, and a leaf of lettuce on top
Cover with another slice of bread
Press the sandwiches well, wrap them in a sheet of wax paper and then in a damp napkin to keep them soft
