
Chicken with Prunes

Preparation

Wash the chicken both outside and inside and dry it with paper towels

Remove excess fat and cut the chicken in half

Then place it in a large pan along with the leeks, water, and herbs and bring to a boil

Lower the heat and let it cook on low heat without a lid for 90 minutes, skimming off the foam occasionally
