

The Chocolate Delight is an irresistible and tasty dessert, made with a soft dark chocolate batter, enriched with a buttercream, and decorated with powdered sugar. Originating from the Emilia-Romagna region, it has become one of the most loved specialties throughout Italy.






In a small saucepan, let the butter melt in a double boiler
In a pot, melt the chopped chocolate in a double boiler as well
In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with half of the powdered sugar and a packet of vanilla sugar
Dilute the mixture with the melted butter and chocolate
Add the sifted flour and cornstarch, mixing everything well
Beat the egg whites until stiff, sweeten them with the remaining powdered sugar, and gently fold them into the chocolate cream
Pour it into a greased and floured mold
Place it in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 40 minutes
Let the pudding cool in the refrigerator, unmold, and serve
Rectangular mold
Keep in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 days.
