After grating the chocolate, melt it in the milk and bring it to a boil in a saucepan over low heat
Add just under half of the sugar with the crushed ladyfingers
Boil for half an hour, stirring continuously
Pass it through a sieve, collecting it in a bowl
Add the shot of Amaretto di Saronno and let it cool
In a separate bowl, beat the whole eggs, flavor them with vanilla, and mix them with the previous mixture
Melt the remaining sugar in the pudding mold, moistened with a few drops of water, then pour in the cream
Cook the chocolate pudding in a bain-marie for 40 minutes
