Chocolate pudding is a much-loved spoon dessert, perfect for all chocolate lovers. Its creamy texture and intense flavor make it irresistible. After grating the chocolate, dissolve it in the milk and bring it to a boil in a saucepan over low heat
Add a little less than half of the sugar with the crumbled savoiardi biscuits
Boil for half an hour, stirring continuously
Strain it through a sieve into a bowl
Add the small glass of Amaretto di Saronno and let it cool
Separately beat the whole eggs, scent them with vanilla, and mix them with the previously prepared mixture
Melt the remaining sugar in the pudding mold with a few drops of water, then arrange the cream
Cook the chocolate pudding in a bain-marie for 40 minutes
