

Chocolate salami is a very simple and quick dessert to prepare. It does not require baking, but only a little time in the refrigerator to solidify. Its name comes from its shape, which resembles a salami, but don’t worry, there is no meat in this dessert! It is a chocolate delight that pleases both adults and children.


Make a cream with sugar, egg, and melted butter; add cocoa, Marsala, dry biscuits, and amaretti (previously crumbled)
Mix everything, shape it into a salami, wrap it in oiled aluminum foil, and refrigerate for several hours
