Stir in the melted chocolate and mix again, then add the crumbled biscuits.
Incorporate the biscuits thoroughly into the rest of the mixture and spread it onto a sheet of parchment paper, rolling to form a salami shape.
Let rest in the refrigerator for a few hours; then dust with icing sugar and cut into slices to serve.
Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
You can add chopped dried fruit or nuts for a richer flavor.
