

Christmas cookies are traditional sweets typical of the Christmas season. Made with a base of crunchy shortcrust pastry and colored with hard candies of various colors, they are perfect for decorating the Christmas tree or for being gifted during the holidays.
Place the candies in a freezer bag, separating them by color, then crush them well
Roll out the shortcrust pastry and use two star-shaped molds to cut the shapes; cut the small one in the center of the large star
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and fill the center with the crushed candies
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes
