The Christmas Pudding, also known as plum pudding, is a rich and dense dessert typically eaten during the Christmas season in the United Kingdom. Stir well every day
Pour everything into an earthenware mold and cook in a bain-marie for 6 hours
Unmold and serve hot with sweetened pouring cream that is well chilled
