Christmas recipe
Chop together turkey offal, bacon, sausage; add the soaked and squeezed bread crumb, sliced peeled apples, prunes softened in warm water, and chestnuts and fill the turkey; add a knob of butter infused with salt and pepper
Sew up the opening, wrap it with bacon slices, and bake in the oven with a bit of butter at 220 degrees for one hour, then at 180 degrees for another hour and a half or so
Baste the turkey occasionally with its juices
In the last fifteen minutes, remove the bacon and brown the skin
