Knead the flour, butter, sugar and salt with your hands until the dough is soft, then let it rest for 1 hour
Grease a round tart pan, dust it with flour and press a layer of dough onto the bottom and sides, reserving a little dough
Spread the orange jam in the center and the lemon jam around it
Decorate the surface with the remaining dough and bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes
