Preparation

    Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and pour the boiled milk over them

  2. STEP 2 OF 6

    Add the gelatin sheets softened in water and squeezed; cook stirring without boiling until the cream coats the spoon

  3. STEP 3 OF 6

    Strain it and let it cool

  4. STEP 4 OF 6

    Whip the cream and fold it into the cream mixture

  5. STEP 5 OF 6

    Pour into a mold rinsed with cold water and refrigerate for a few hours
