Mix crushed biscuits, 150 g of coconut, and 100 g of butter
Add the brandy and if the mixture is too dry a little water
Mix again, spread on a plate, and place in the fridge for 2 hours
Melt the chocolate with the milk and the remaining butter in a bain-marie, coat the cake with the glaze, and place in the fridge for another 2 hours
Sprinkle with the remaining coconut
