

Cod with Herbs is a simple yet refined dish. The cod fillets are marinated in a mix of aromatic herbs, brandy, and lemon juice, giving it a fresh and fragrant flavor. They are then cooked in a pan with olive oil and butter, achieving a soft and juicy texture. Ideal to serve with a side of seasonal vegetables.










Marinate the thawed cod in 4 tablespoons of oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
Finely chop all the herbs with the garlic
After 20 minutes, drain the fillets, place them in a greased baking dish, and sprinkle with butter flakes
Pour over the brandy and cook in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes
Pour a little hot oil and the chopped herbs over the fish
