
Cod with Herbs is a simple yet refined dish. The cod fillets are marinated in a mixture of aromatic herbs, brandy and lemon juice, giving them a fresh and fragrant flavor. They are then cooked in a pan with olive oil and butter, resulting in a soft and juicy texture. Ideal to serve with a side of seasonal vegetables.



Marinate the thawed cod in 4 tablespoons of oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper
Finely chop all the herbs with the garlic
After 20 minutes drain the fillets, place them in an oiled baking dish and sprinkle them with pats of butter
Douse with the brandy and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5 minutes
Drizzle a little hot oil and the chopped herb mixture over the fish
