

Coffee truffles are delicious treats made with dark chocolate and coffee. They are perfect for a sweet break or to accompany a good coffee. This recipe originates from Italy and can be found in many regions, but it is particularly popular in Piedmont, the home of truffles.





Cream the butter with the sugar, add the coffee and the warm melted chocolate in a double boiler; mix until you have a homogeneous consistency
With the dough make balls the size of a marble, roll them in powdered sugar, place them in paper cups and serve at the end of the meal with coffee.
