

Cognac Vinegar is an aromatic and versatile condiment that adds a touch of elegance to your dishes. This vinegar is obtained from the fermentation of Wine Vinegar with the addition of Mother of Vinegar and Cognac. The result is a condiment with an intense and sophisticated flavor, perfect for enhancing salads, sauces, and marinades.
In a wooden barrel pour the vinegar and the mother and let rest for 4 days.
Add the Cognac.
The barrel should not be sealed hermetically but in such a way that air can escape without dust or insects entering.
Store in a warm place for 3-4 months before consumption.
