- Powdered sugar
300G - Flour
300G - Eggs
5 - Lemon (zest)
1 - Finely chopped candied ginger

Preparation

Beat the powdered sugar well with a whole egg and 4 yolks, add the finely chopped lemon zest, ginger, and flour
- STEP 2 OF 5
Mix well and work until you get a firm dough

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm and cut out the cookies with cookie cutters

Place them on a well-buttered baking sheet and let them rest for an hour

Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes
