

Corn arancini are delicious cornmeal bites filled with Grana Padano cheese and flavored with garlic and chopped parsley. These arancini are fried until golden and crispy and served hot. They are a much-loved Sicilian specialty.
Cook the cornmeal in the water as you normally would
