Preparation

    Spread the flour and make a well in the center where you add water, salt, milk, and yeast

    From the outside towards the center, mix the flour until you create a soft and smooth dough

    Constantly add flour to the work surface to prevent the dough from sticking

    Let it rest for at least 2 hours in a non-ventilated environment under a kitchen cloth

    Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until you get a thin square sheet

  6. STEP 6 OF 9

    Grease it with lard and spread the bacon, salami, prosciutto, and cheese, all cut irregularly into slices or cubes, and generously sprinkle with Parmesan

    Starting from one corner, roll the sheet to form the cornettone

    Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes
