Preparation

    Prepare the cream: blend the yolks with the sugar, add the cornstarch and milk

    Cook slowly, stirring constantly for 15 minutes

    Let it cool and incorporate the cream

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Fill the puffs with the prepared cream using the appropriate pastry syringe
