Break the chocolate into pieces
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and also whip the cream, which must be very cold
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until they become frothy, then gently fold in the whipped egg whites followed by the whipped cream

Line a mold with plastic wrap, place a layer of broken chocolate at the bottom, cover it with a layer of cream, and continue this way until all ingredients are used up
