Break the chocolate into pieces
Beat the egg whites until stiff and also whip the cream; the cream must be very cold
Beat the yolks with the sugar until they become frothy, then fold in the egg whites first and then the whipped cream
Fold everything together very gently
Line a mold with plastic wrap, place a layer of chopped chocolate on the bottom, cover it with a layer of cream and continue like this until the ingredients are used up
Keep in the freezer overnight
Unmold and serve
