The creamy cod tart is a delicious and refined dish, perfect as a second course. Prepared with boiled cod fillets, peas, melted cheese, and a tasty tomato sauce, this dish delights all palates. Its soft and creamy consistency makes this tart irresistible. Ideal for a special dinner or a Sunday lunch.

The fish broth is nothing more than the water in which the cod was boiled
I added celery, onion, and a bit of carrot even though they are not explicitly mentioned in the recipe just to add some flavor
Cook the peas in salted water for 5 minutes
Flake the fish and put half of it in a baking dish
Dissolve the cornstarch with a little milk and set it aside while the remaining milk and fish broth are placed in a pot
When the milk and broth come to a boil, add the cornstarch while stirring continuously
Layer the fish, vegetables, and 'seasoning' (butter) in the baking dish
Finally, pour the sauce into the baking dish and add the grated cheese
Put everything in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes
Tart baking mold
Whisk
Non-stick frying pan
Store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2 days
