Crumiri are delicious crunchy cookies, typical of the Piedmontese tradition. Made with yellow flour, white flour, sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla, they are ideal to enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee.
Place the flour in a mound on a surface and put the vanilla and sugar in the center, mix
Recreate the mound and place the eggs in the center, then work the mixture
Add the softened butter and continue kneading
Form a ball, cover it with a cloth, and let it rest for 30 minutes
Make many small rolls and cut them into pieces about 10 cm long, flatten them, and use a fork to create lines on the surface
Bend the pieces into an arch and place them on a greased baking sheet
Bake the cookies for 20 minutes at 200 degrees in a preheated oven
Dip half of each crumiro in warmed Nutella and let it set
