

La pappa delicata è un piatto tradizionale italiano, particolarmente diffuso nel centro-sud. Si tratta di una zuppa cremosa a base di semolino e verdure, arricchita con pollo e formaggio Parmigiano. Perfetta da gustare nelle giornate più fredde.
In 500 g of water add the vegetables, well cleaned and washed; bring to a boil and cook until the water is reduced to about half.
Remove from the heat and strain the broth, separating the vegetables.
Gradually sprinkle the semolina into about 200 g of hot vegetable broth, stir in the chicken and season with Parmigiano; finish with extra-virgin olive oil.
